Wild Beyond produces exceptional ciders and is now committed to sharing them with the local community. To facilitate this, they have established the Cider Circle, comprising cider enthusiasts and industry insiders. Members of the Cider Circle gain access to rare and limited-edition blends crafted from heritage apples, diverse cider styles, and experimental fermentations.
The roots of this cider begin at NewLeaf Orchard — located in Western Australia's South-West, between Manjimup and Pemberton — where orchardists Kate and Dean Baker have spent years cultivating over 30 traditional and heirloom cider apple varieties, selected for their complexity, balance, and fermentation character. These rare trees represent a living archive of cider history, spanning tannic bittersweets, sharp acid-driven cultivars, and rare varieties seldom seen in modern production.
The Cider Circle is a community of cider lovers united by a passion for rare, small-batch, and barrel-aged ciders crafted with care and curiosity. From spontaneous ferments to barrel-aged fruit blends, each release offers a window into our ongoing fermentation program and the heritage and cider apples we grow. The Cider Circle’s limited-edition releases throughout the year will be accompanied by production notes, tasting profi les, and insights into the orchard, the harvest & the trees.

About The Wild Beyond Craft Ciders
Established in 2012, NewLeaf Orchard and The Wild Beyond is an award-winning, family-run and owned beverage/juice/cider manufacturer just outside Manjimup, in Western Australia. For over a decade, owners Dean and Kate Baker have proudly produced NewLeaf Orchard Juices, and in 2023, they launched The Wild Beyond Craft Cider, which quickly gained national recognition—winning the trophy for Australia’s Best Specialty Cider at the 2024 Australian Cider Awards for their Barrel-Aged Raspberry Sour Cider. The Wild Beyond Cellar Door opened to the public in 2025.
