Ann Lyster, the WA grower and Chair of Commercialisation for the ANABP 01 variety at Fruitwest, is thrilled about the potential for this apple variety and the exceptional value-added products it can produce. Alongside Jenny Mercer, the Managing Director of WA Farm Direct, she officially launched the juice today at Foodies IGA in Langley Park, East Perth, with the support of the State Government and the Hon. WA Minister for Agriculture, Jackie Jarvis MLC.

Soluna™ Apple Juice is crafted using cutting-edge cold-pressing technology, ensuring maximum nutrient retention and fresh flavour in every bottle. To maintain both safety and quality without the use of heat, the juice undergoes High-Pressure Processing (HPP), a method that preserves the natural integrity of the juice.
